FSA Auditor Training

Description
This interactive and self-paced online training course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to verify the Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA).

The course is primarily targeted at principal auditors and associate auditors working on behalf of Verification Bodies (VBs) that perform verification audits against the FSA. The course can also be useful for auditors wishing to conduct internal audits within their own companies or with their suppliers.

The course consists of 13 modules, covering the core elements of the FSA. Some modules feature tests at the end, which must be passed to access the next module. There is also an open book exam at the end of module 13, which must be completed with a grade of 90% or higher to pass the course. The course takes 2-3 hours to complete. Participants can complete the course at their own pace within 6 of the day they register.

Once FSA 3.0 is launched in April 2021, the passing of the course will become mandatory for all auditors wishing to conduct verification audits against the FSA. SAI Platform advises anyone who is not an auditor, not to attempt the course. SAI Platform is developing an FSA online training course for practitioners such as Farm Management Group Coordinators.
